8 days agoYou likely won't find any official help here. Dropbox is no longer listed in Amazon's app store, and Fire OS isn't supported by Dropbox. Yes, it's just Android and you can make it work by sideloading, but there's no guarantee that it will continue to work without issues.
The other potential issue that you could be facing is the recent change in certificates. I don't know if this affects the official apps or just third party apps, but I imagine it would be the same for both. The Dropbox API is using a new root certificate, and if you're using an old version of Dropbox that didn't receive the changes, you would likely have connection issues now.
