I too have found my Dropbox is impacted. It no longer syncs and hence can't use it as intended on my kindle which I use for work. I actually have a new kindle enroute and am regretting that purchase if Dropbox won't work on it.

Super User III actually have a new kindle enroute and am regretting that purchase if Dropbox won't work on it.
It's been a long time (10 years maybe?) since Dropbox was listed on the Amazon App store and officially supported the Kindle. I don't see them reversing that decision after all these years, but the only way they'll know that it's still in demand is to do as Mark suggested and start a new idea requsting it.
Another option, and I don't know if this will still work, is to find a newer version of the Dropbox APK file (app installer for Android) and attempt to side load it, assuming that's still possible. Haven't used my Kindle in years.
