Dropbox Automatically Enters Startup
Dear Dropbox Community,
Long time Dropbox member. I am puzzled by Dropbox automatically goes into my Mac startup apps everytime I sign in.
Is there a way to prevent this from happening. ...

3 years agoHi DiMarco, you can click the Dropbox icon in your menu bar in the top right corner of your screen.
Then click your avatar (profile picture or initials) in the upper-right corner and then click Preferences.
Can you verify that the box next to "Start Dropbox on system startup" is unchecked?

Hi Megan,
I think because I have a free account (at this time) I am unable to have the "Start Dropbox on system startup" option available to me.
