Dropbox Dash chat doesn't work
Using both Chrome and Brave browsers on Mac:
When I click "new chat," no matter what I type in, I just keep getting this message:

This exact same thing is happening to me! No matter what I try to type into the Chat box, I get the same message:
"Sorry, I couldnât find the answer to your question. Iâm either still learning about your content or donât have access to the apps required to find the answer. Try connecting more apps and asking again, or using the search bar to find anything I might have missed."

2 years agoHi frigidburger , thank you for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing this. I have a few follow-up questions:
- What is the Dash extension version you are currently using, and with which browser?
- Would you be able to provide an example of a question you've tried adding to "Ask Dash" and that Dash wasn't able to find a response? This would help us look further into this.
