Dropbox Plus - having troubling signing into my account when using Android devices.
I have multiple devices currently linked to my Plus account - 8 currently - but new devices especially Android are having trouble logging in. Either states user info invalid or it won't accept the 6-...

It is when using the mobile app and when using mobile data conection not wifi.
The weird thing is that one of the devices has had connectivity to the dropbox in the past but now is having the same issue.
I have 2 x desktops, 2 x android tablets, 1 android phone and 3 x i-phones linked to my dropbox, so there are a variance of platforms being used to connect to the dropbox account.
I have various staff out in the field who need to take photos of jobs they are on. I link their devices to my account and they feed the photos back to me on a "live" basis so I can download them from Dropbox into other files. Thus the amount of devices being linked to my account. That is all it is used for as a repository for photos of work being completed to meet QA requirements of our contracts. No file sharing or collaborative work is required.

8 months agoHi from me too, rexqhl. To clarify what you said; if you try to sign in to the Dropbox app while connected to your WiFi, and not cellular data, you’re not having any issues at all?
Other than that, you can try connecting to the internet via cellular data again and then, try to log in to Dropbox via the website on your mobile device instead. What do you see, if you do this?
