Dropbox Replay for designated users
Hi there, I would only use DBx Replay for 4 of my team, but I am only able to get it for the whole team. And it's very expensive. So rather her than Dropbox getting $1500, I will give my money to something like Frame.io where I can choose the number of users and it will cost me $500. So you can see DBx is losing money. If you can change this setup, I will go back to DBx but if not, I will have to go elsewhere.

Hey @Walter,
Is Dropbox doing anything about this? We've been beta testing Replay since the beginning and love it! We can't pay per user since we only need one seat for our team and paying per user would be 3x the price. We're actually considering consolidating our 3 accounts down to one just to add Replay. This would mean Dropbox is losing money since we'd no longer be paying for two other team member accounts. All this because we can't simply purchase a single seat to Replay.
Cheers,
Eric

Hi esw, we're still looking into this matter on our end.
We do appreciate all comments on how to improve our services for our users!

Seriously, this needs to happen like yesterday. We would immediately get the Replay add-on if we could designate a single user to it. But paying it for everyone in the team who never needs to use it is insane. Dropbox is losing a lot of money by not allowing designated users.
