Error 500 when trying to open Dropbox Paper - June 2018
Anyone get an answer on this... I'm having same issues. About to give up

8 years agoHey there inciteimages - sorry to hear you're having issues while using Paper.
Have you tried this on another network?
Moreover, could you be so kind and try accessing Paper from another browser ( such as Safari, Mozilla Firefox, or Chrome) or on an incognito window (private browsing on Safari) and let me know if this persists?
Another thing I would do if I were you would be to clear my browser's cache memory Should you find this persists on several browsers and on an incognito window (without any web extensions or plugins) please go ahead and log a ticket with our team letting them know about this.

Same here. With a really reliable connection (symmetrical 500 Mbps fiber, via Ethernet). It's really annoying.

I ran out of patience. This is day three of Paper being unavailable with no meaningful updates. Very poor customer service, very poor indeed
