Hi everyone,
I just wanted to follow up on my message above.
- The 404 error should never happen again. We've deployed the fix. Thank you so much for your help in finding the root cause of this issue
- dl=1 and raw=1 now work exactly as you requested
Please let us know if there is anything else you'd like us to add to the Capture links to make them even better.
Thank you so much!

Thanks very much, Youcef.
If you wouldn't mind, please tell me what Dropbox Back up is so I can understand what's going on. Do you understand what the CPTR means? Thanks.

4 years agoHi donraymedia, Dropbox Backup is a feature that allows you to automatically sync and backup certain folders on your account to Dropbox, namely Documents, Downloads and Desktop. It's unrelated to Dropbox Capture as they are different features entirely.
Regarding the CPTR, could you attach a screenshot showing where you're seeing this message?
