    Hi gregoirc, if you open the Dropbox Capture desktop app and then click the “⁝” (vertical ellipsis) in the top-right, then click Preferences, can you toggle Generate closed captions to off, and then on again?

Would you mind clarifying if you're referring to Dropbox Capture, Dropbox Replay or perhaps about previewing a file in your Dropbox account? 

 

What file type are you referring to?

    Just to confirm, gregoirc, are you referring to the subtitles of the video in this link? So a Dropbox Capture video?

     

    And did someone sent you this video or did you create it on your end?

        What type of OS do you use on your end? 

         

        Could you please clarify if the subtitles are embedded to the files or if they're a separate, .txt or .srt file for example? Does this happen for all of your video files?
