    Hi gregoirc, if you open the Dropbox Capture desktop app and then click the “⁝” (vertical ellipsis) in the top-right, then click Preferences, can you toggle Generate closed captions to off, and then on again?

Yes I created it and I am referring to the subtitle of this video.

What type of OS do you use on your end? 

 

Could you please clarify if the subtitles are embedded to the files or if they're a separate, .txt or .srt file for example? Does this happen for all of your video files?

    Hi It is embedded in the video and yes it appear in all my videos.
