I can't access the Dropbox site

I have a paid dropbox subscription, which was accessible to my mobile, iPad and Laptop.   I needed a new laptop. On dropbox.com, I can't get my files. I cannot get access to my dropbox files on...

    Hi jeffreysgreen1,

     

    Just stepping in to help further here.

     

    You most likely have different emails set up in each place, and one of them is correct, so let's find out which one!

     

    Tap the person icon in the iPad or iPhone apps to see which email you set it to use there, since that's going to be the one you have your files in.
