I can't sign in on Safari, but I can sign in on Firefox
Ive always signed into my account on safari but for some reason it will no longer let me sign in . I can sign in on firefox . Ive downloaded the app to see if that helps but its asking me to sign in on safari to set up the app so i cant do that either . any help much appreciated

What is cfl.dropboxstatic.com.url?
I recently had all my files in a shared folder deleted. I was able to go in and restore them all, but in the process found one suspicious file, which I did not restore which was "cfl.dropboxstatic.com.url". Does anyone know what that might be? Next to all my deleted files was "Dale". One of my users is Dale, but he says it wasn't him?

How to view the full date in a directory listing on the site?

So basically: <filename> <type> <2025-11-30 21:55> Not "one hour ago" nor "six months ago" Relative dates mean nothing to my use cases.

Accessing the Dropbox site disables my internet connection
I have never seen anything like this. I visit http://www.dropbox.com I don’t even have to log in. I just browse around then shortly thereafter my whole internet connection is down but working perfectly fine on all other devices! The issue is definitely drop box as it is completely repeatable every time I visit drop box. It also happens when I download the Dropbox app from the App Store. The issue does not happen if I don’t visit drop box. it’s so frustrating that a virus maker could learn a thing or two from Dropbox on how to make malware. I need help to resolve this.

The install link on the Dropbox site sometimes redirects to the beta version of the desktop app
The virtual links to download dropbox https://www.dropbox.com/download https://www.dropbox.com/download?plat=lnx.x86_64 sometimes (like once in 30 tries) redirect automatically to the latest BETA build instead of the latest STABLE build. Recruiting: rejected for inability to hire in Zone 2 when position is advertised as Zone 2/3
Hi all, I wasn't sure where to post this but this seemed like best place. I applied for the Staff Product Manager, Dash Growth (https://jobs.dropbox.com/listing/6983636) position, and the first line states: For this role, we are hiring in Zones 2 and 3. Which is great, because I live in Zone 2 (Colorado). I later received a rejection email Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to hire for Staff Product Manager, Dash Growth in your location and are not able to move forward with your candidacy at this time. Is there a bug in the ATS incorrectly rejecting viable candidates vis a vis geography, or is it something else? TIA, Ryan

Visiting the Dropbox web page breaks my PC's WiFi.
Application Affected (Dropbox Paper, Dropbox Website) Device (Windows PC) Operating System/Browser (if using the web) (Windows 11, All Browsers) Dropbox App Version (if using the app) (232.4.5988) ISP Virgin Media Issue: Any time I visit Dropbox.com my Internet crashes on my PC. I can visit dropbox.com on my phone perfectly fine. Al other websites I visit are fine but the second I go to Dropbox it breaks. What I've done Gone to CMD prompt and done the following: ipconfig /flushdns netsh winsock reset netsh int ip reset ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew Used the following DNS server addresses: Preferred: 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare) Alternate: 8.8.8.8 (Google) When I visit Dropbox.com I have to restart my PC and there's no other way to recover my Internet connection. Prevent Firefox from covering up active line of text when using Paper.
When I try to edit a Dropbox Paper file in Firefox on iOS, the line I'm actively editing is covered by the Dropbox toolbar. Preventing that would make text entry a lot more efficient.
