I can't reinstall Dropbox on my laptop - after a point the installation process just stops

I do have Google Drive although rarely used.
In the end I solved the problem by running a System Restore in Windows to the day before I had uninstalled Dropbox. This restored the app and it was perfectly synced.

I use Bitdefender, but I've never changed any of the settings, and it installed fine the first time when I had the same setup.

5 months agoCould you try temporarily disabling BitDefender and then reinstall the Dropbox desktop application to see if this helps?
