I forgot my Vault password
I’ve forgotten my vault password and changed phones. How to unlock? Thx

I'm sorry to hear about this. Have you tried these steps to reset the PIN on your Dropbox Vault?

Just to clarify, were you not able to reset the PIN with the steps under "Reset your PIN" in the article Jay linked above?
If not, is this due to not receiving the reset email?
Let me know where you're running into an issue with this!

Hey Maemae76, have you tried doing this from another browser or an incognito window?
If you have, maybe clearing the cache will do the trick instead.
