Installing old version of Dropbox on Tab S2 running Android 7.0

I have been using Dropbox perfectly on my Samsung Tab S2 9.4" running Android 7.0, but I needed to do a full factory reset on the tablet. When I tried to download the current Dropbox, a message pops up "not compatible with this device", which is understandable. I checked this forum for people with a similar problem and found that I should check out old versions at [link removed]. However, when I click that link I get the "404 Page Not Found" error.

So, are the older Dropbox versions now being archived on a different website? For that matter, any suggestions about which Dropbox version I should be using for this tablet and OS?

Thanks in advance for any help!

That's not an official source for the Dropbox application, and Dropbox generally doesn't make older versions available for download. While you may be able to find an older version online somewhere and install it, Dropbox regularly blocks older versions from connecting when they're no longer compatible.

That's disappointing that they don't support older devices. Well I can buy a new tablet. Or just use the website. But I'd rather just use the Dropbox app on that older tablet. Bummer
