Is Sequoia 15.1.1 compatible with Dropbox?

My Macbook Pro (M1) is pestering me to upgrade to Sequoia 15.1.1. I'm currently running Sonoma 14.7.1. I'm hesitant to upgrade because I don't want to run into any issues with Dropbox.  Have others h...

After upgrading to 15.1.1 I have encountered a problem where i am now unable to copy files from downloads folder to a Dropbox folder.  When I use drag & drop or the menu the destination Dropbox folder switches to the Downloads (source) folder and it is a no-operation.  Thanks.
