Job application not submitting on the site

Hello, I am trying to apply to the GTM FInance Manager, Sales and MArketing positions but once I click submit the page just resets to the top. I am sure I am not missing any mandatory fields   ...

Hey Nancy​ , thank you for your message. I have zero error messages. Everything is field. I uploaded my resume and a cover letter as PDF. Before my phone number I added a +. I tried in Google Chrome, internet explorer, Firefox and incognito. It is not submitting. The window just go back to the top of the page....
