Move a video in dropbox to youtube? HOW?

I have a mp4 video in my dropbox and want to move it to youtube. How do I do this? Thank you.

GOT IT !
Here's what I did.
Instead of going to my account at dropbox.com I went
to my desktop and clicked on the dropbox icon.
Found the video file I wanted and click/dragged and dropped to my desktop.
Then I went to my youtube account page and clicked on "find file" and found it on my desktop.
The moral of my story : cannot do it from my account on dropbox.com
Have to locate it on dropbox on desk top.
Got It !
