Nothing gets copied to the clipboard after clicking "Copy link" on Linux.

1 month agoHey entodoays - this looks like a Wayland clipboard integration issue. The copy notification showing up but not actually copying to the clipboard is a pretty classic sign of that.
A couple things to try:
- Make sure you have xclip or xsel installed. Open a terminal and run:
- sudo dnf install xclip xsel
2. If that doesn't work, try switching to X11 instead of Wayland (you can change this at the login screen). Sometimes apps don't play nice with Wayland's clipboard yet.

I installed xclip and xsel but this doesn't solve the problem. I'm running Fedora 43 which no longer has an X11 session. Shouldn't this be treated as a bug and the app updated to work with Wayland since this is the new de facto standard?
