permissions error after migration

3 years agoSorry, could you clarify what you're trying to do? Are you trying to open the Dropbox desktop application that's installed on another profile on your machine, is that right?

Not on my computer; I'm trying to resolve the error on someone else's computer.
On that computer, when I try to open the desktop app from her profile, it gives me an error. However, if I use another profile, I can open the app without errors.

Have you tried signing out and back into the Dropbox account on that profile?
