UI improvements for the desktop app on Windows 11.

The new UI looks much better (Windows 11) and fixes some problems from the previous version, but there are still things to improve.

For example, the flyout entry animation should be smoother.

Also, it should have rounded edges and respect the separation from the taskbar like the rest of the Windows flyouts.

The "mica" material could even be implemented in some parts of the UI.
