Unable to create new folder

Every time I try to it just says in a red box at the top "please provide a name for the new folder."

This has happened every time I've tried for the last 3 weeks - I've tried on several different browsers, and also changed the email address on the account, and cleared the cache. 

Any ideas? I've contacted Dropbox to no avail, just had an automated response telling me to go into their extensive new help section which gives me no answers.

    ;-)  We have had browsers that didn't show the <blue> items & folk who expected DB to behave like their OS.

    It can help if you specify both. Submit a ticket with your details at www.dropbox.com/support

    Same problem here.  Been happening for months. Had to create the folder using my iOS app and then go back to the browser....:(
