2 years agoHey Jeff96, thanks for posting here!
Based on everything that you described, I'm guessing this only happens with your existing documents, rights? Feel free to correct me, if this isn't the case.
Do you notice this behavior on a specific browser? Have you tried a different one, in order to open your files there?
If you have a screenshot, feel free to send it over, in order for me to have a visual.
Keep me posted!
- Jeff962 years agoExplorer | Level 4Hi Megan, it only happens on Mac not Windows computers . I’ve used the same spreadsheet on both and it worked perfect on windows. I created a new spreadsheet on my Mac and it happened on that one too but I didn’t check that specific one on a windows computer. I do have some screen shots but I wasn’t sure how to upload them.

Hey Jeff96, you should be able to see a camera button above the reply box, when you click the "reply" button, which should allow you to attach your screenshots.
Also, can you see if you can reproduce the issue on a different browser on the Mac computer?

Maybe this is a safari issue then because when I click on the camera, it doesn't give me any spot to actually attach a photo or no "attach" button to click. I will try a different browser to see if that's it.
