Dropbox Passwords discontinued with only two days notice for view only access?

I just got an email this morning that says Dropbox Passwords is being discontinued October 28, 2025.  The email says that my current Dropbox Passwords will be read only in two days on August 28, 2025...

Hi Joe B.3, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

We appreciate the feedback on this matter. It sounds like you received the second email related to the discontinuation of Dropbox Passwords.

The first email should've been sent to your inbox around July 29th with the same information as your recent email.

Is it possible that the email was sent to your spam or junk folder instead of your inbox?

Keep me posted with any updates.

    I checked my Outlook inbox, spam, junk email, trash, and deleted items folders but did not find anything about this from Dropbox.

    Dropbox should have inserted a message directly in the app.
