How do I claim ownership of local Dropbox files on a Windows profile after switching to Azure AD?

We have recently changed from a local AD to Azure AD. Due to this, we had to create new profiles on the desktop. The old profiles with the Dropbox files locally synced are now inaccessib...

Hi .... When we transferred between domains we set up a 1 way trust between the two domains and migrated the users/profiles, groups etc over to the new AD. We didn't need to create anything locally as a stepping stone.
