Hey spreiss and pedroknife, thanks for your feedback on this.
Just to be sure about what we're dealing with, did you recently migrate to the 2020 release of Paper?
Do you have a "Migrated Paper Docs" folder in your "all files" page? This should include all your Paper docs.

Hi Hannah my account did a migration automatically. I didn't start anything.
Nevertheless - I have the migrated paper docs folder but they are not visible in the ios app or on desktop when I go directly to paper.dropbox.com . directly when I search for the document name - than the document show up.

HiHannah thanks for getting back
i didnât migrate anything also not 2020
yes there was a Migrated folder but that only contained old archived docs not the current ones.
I was only able to access these via the mobile app. Also using the FIND function wouldnât find them.
ultimately I sent myself the links to the docs via the mobile app and after a tedious copy paste session / that doesnât !! Carry over the comments / I was able to re create everythingyou guys did a terrible job with this transition. Iâve nenn using DB for +10 years and am mostly happy save a few glitches here and there / some due to OS changes / but thisâŠthis was bad. Sit. It doesnât even merit an F for fail.
