I can't find the Bticino app in the apps in Dropbox.

Hi,

 

I bought a new Bticino Eos Kit but I cannot connect to the dropbox.

I cannot find the app Security + Home from Bticino in the dropbox app center.

 

does someone has the same issue?

    Hi SergioPais1, how are you today?

     

    I also took a closer look in our App center, and the app that you mentioned doesn't seem to be in there indeed.

     

    You can always scroll to the bottom when searching for the app, and click on share your feedback and let us know more about this!

      Thanks for the reply.

      I have followed your instruction and ask if possible to add the app from Bticino.

      The strange thing is that the Bticino app refers to dropbox...so normally it should be already available...

      anyway thanks for the help and I hope the app can be soon found in the Dropbox app center.
