I get an error when using Scansnap to save scans to Dropbox

I keep trying to scan documents today from my ScanSnap scanner to my Dropbox and I keep getting a "B11Fg038" error.  A quick Google says that: B11Cg020, B11Cg027, B11Cg033, B11Cg037, B11Fg03...

Is this error message coming from Dropbox or from ScanSnap?

 

How did you originally connect your scanner to your Dropbox?

 

And have you reached out to the scanner manufacturing company about this at all?
