That's not something Dropbox does. You'd need to set up a manual copy process, either using command line/terminal commands and the scheduling features in your OS, or a third-party application meant for copying/syncing/backing up files.
Another option would be to purchase a NAS that has its own Dropbox app (created by the NAS developer) to sync your Dropbox content to the NAS automatically.
