Missing name and email address columns from CSV file when bulk sending.

Hi,

I'm trying to do a bulk send, but when I upload the CSV file it says:

Missing required column: Employee name

Missing required column: Employee email_address

But I already have that 2 columns on my file.

What's the correct way to input the data inside the CSV file?

Names are Employee name and Employee email_address.

I have tried with Employee Name_field and Employee Name

Also with Employee email_address and Employee email_address_field

But it shows the same error:

Hey CarlosC1515, have you used the "_field" part on your CSV as mentioned in the article provided above?

For example, if the merge field is “name” in your template, the corresponding header row in your CSV file should be “name_field”.

Hey again, CarlosC1515! Can you also send me a screenshot of the merge fields in your template? I’d like to check everything and see if there’s any issue with the formatting that results in the error you’re getting.

Thanks for posting about this on our forum, CarlosC1515.

If you haven't already, can you please take a look at this Help Center article

If you’re still having the same issue after that, I’d like a screenshot of the error you’re getting and a screenshot of the headers in your CSV file (please make sure to mask the rest of the data showing in it).

Keep me in the loop for any updates.
