Re: File Deletion via VBA so that I can stop the relevant Dropbox prompt when deleting files.

Is there a way to re-enable to prompt once we finish (even if it is a manual re-enable)

Open Dropbox Preferences and go to the Account tab. Hold the ALT key and you'll see some hidden options appear. Click the button that says Reset File System Warning options.

You can go to Dropbox Tray -> Account menu in the top right -> Preferences, then switch to the Accounts tab, hold Alt or Control (I forget which!), and that should make some buttons visible - one of which is "Reset File System Warning Options". That will reset all these warning dialogs. Unfortunately there's not currently a way to be more targeted about which ones get reset.
