 Hi xeipher, welcome to our Community! 

 

Indeed, the option to install the Dropbox Power-Up within Trello is no longer available.

 

You can however insert Dropbox links and attachments directly into Trello cards without downloading additional apps.

 

You can see more about it here. As for other file managers, I'll leave this thread open, that way other users can chime in and share their thoughts with you.
