Double payment and change of Dropbox Sign plan without my consent
Hi,
We have an yearly dropboxsign plan; from may 23 - may 24. I've ended the paid plan a month ago and it stated that until may 24 we could use this plan because of the yearly payment.
Without any consent or notice we've been downgraded to the ''free'' account. When I started looking in to this I also noted that on May, 10th 2023 our yearly plan was collected twice the amount of 167,83 euro. Were can I get my refund because I only have 1 subscriptions and not 2.
Also I would like a refund from januari till may because my plan is now free instead of paid.
Hope to hear soon, kind of annoying that this is happening.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, Sabinevanderhulst!
Since this is a billing matter, I’d suggest looking into it with our support team directly.
If you haven’t already, you can submit a request with them via this page.
Please send me your ticket number after that, and I’ll also leave them an internal note.
Let me know how it goes.
