Payment issue


I cancelled my free trial on April 28.
As my credit card changed, I keep getting emails from Dropbox that we couldn’t get your charge. Charge is free. what should I do?
  • Where did you cancel the trial? If it was a mobile store it can take time to update and replicate through.

    Dear team I have done payment for my account on 15 dec it was due on 10 dec but it's not updated what could be the reason

    How did you make the payment? Was it through credit card, PayPal or perhaps iTunes/Google Play?
