How do I cancel my Dropbox subscription?
How do I CANCEL my Dropbox Subscription? I didn't even know I had it and want to STOP CHARGES!!!!

Can you please clarify if you upgraded via the website directly in the first place or if it was via the app store on a mobile device?
You should be able to follow these steps to cancel an individual subscription or these ones for team accounts. If you upgraded through a mobile device, you can follow these steps instead.
