Hi, I got billed to my credit card as well. My subscription was downgraded to Basic and I lost all my files and now dropbox is charging me for US$119.88 for my annual subscription. Please help.

I'm sorry to hear about the situation pink-bean!
Can you just confirm for me, does the charge show it was through the Apple or Google on your bank statement?
Otherwise, if it shows it was to Dropbox directly, can you use the charge lookup tool here to see if the charge was for another account?- bigbusiness5 years agoExplorer | Level 3
Hi,
I can't see a cancel button on my Plan page plus i don't have a subscription linked to my apple ID. This is so frustrating, I've followed all of the instructions. I just want to downgrade to the free option again, but clearly that has been made very difficult to do! HELP ME PLS!
I'm owed months worth of fees and you guys offer the most complicated/frustrating service ever! pls email me ASAP so I can we can sort out this cancellation and refund process.
Thanks!- Mark5 years ago

My guess is you have two accounts.
Use the Credit Card Look up tool to work out which account you upgraded and cancel it.

Note that Dropbox only offers refunds where it legally has to.
