hi Jay ,
I have contacted paypal and they said it is a pending transaction and shouldve been refunded but I still yet to receive my refund until today
if nothing changes , I will be in touch with support again

2 years agoPending payments are just authorisations and dont actually deduct money. They just create a 'hold' on funds. It should drop off at some point soon.

the thing is balance in my bank were already deducted ... and paypal said i shouldve received a refund , but i havent gotten it yet . i will give them a call again tomorrow

If it is in fact your bank holding the funds, then there's nothing to refund. It's just your bank setting aside the funds for when the transaction completes.
Depending on the type of account you have, your bank could hold the funds for pending authorizations. Only your bank will be able to give you details on when the hold will be lifted and the funds returned to your account.
