I'm having trouble applying for a position - can I contact HR?
I’m trying to apply to a Dropbox job while living in a Zone 1 city with plans to relocate to a Zone 2 city in the spring of 2026 when my lease expires. Is there anyone I can contact to discuss this situation? The form won’t let me submit otherwise, with my current address.

Hi ilanagorelik, thanks for messaging the Community.
As the job requirement does state that a Zone 2 city is required, do you have a potential address for the new location, or is it undecided as of yet?
This will help me to assist further!

Thanks, Jay! No address yet, but I know the area well and do have a preferred neighborhood. I’ll be visiting again in May to lock down a place.

Hey ilanagorelik!
I checked with our team about this, and unfortunately you can't submit your application if you don't currently reside in zone 2.
You should only be submitting your current location on your application.
I hope this clarifies, let me know if you have any questions!
