Invite to my Employers Dropbox wanting me to subscribe or upgrade
I had access to my employer's account but it was linked to an old email address I no longer have access to. Now my Boss has invited me to join his Dropbox folder again to my personal Dropbox account...

also can see the invite in the top right of my account:
So I click to accept it, and it then tells me to sign in again:

If you use a different browser or a private browsing window, to accept the invitation from your email address, does it help?
Just keep in mind that you'll need to accept the invitation, by logging in to the Dropbox account that is associated with the email address that the invitation was sent to.

Hi Hannah,
I have tried with a different browser. And I get the same results. It diverts back to 'Sign in to your Business account with the other email adddress.
I need to be able to upload the work I am doing to my Boss Dropbox account, but this issue is preventing me from doing my job.
Is there anyone who can help with this, someone to call perhaps?

Have you contacted your boss to find out why they have invited you to join the team?
This would merge your account into the team itself, is this what you want in order to transfer the files across?

I was well aware of being part of the team. I had an account with an old email previously, that I can no longer access the emails to verify it's me. Therefore I needed to use my other drop box account for him to invite me back in to the team so I can upload my files there.
Do I now create a new Dropbox account just so I can be part of his team on Dropbox?
