Possibly fraudulent charge

Yesterday I discovered that EUR 21 monthly have been charged off my credit card from a recipient named

DROPBOX SIGN MONTHLY SAN FRANCISCO since March. There is no other information regarding the recipient of the monthly charge. The following things are unclear about this charge:

  • There is no transaction ID in the format as requested in the credit card charge search tool.
  • My Dropbox account associated with this e-mail does't show any paid plans, and I don't use Dropbox with any other e-mail addresses.
  • I cannot remember to request any priced plan via Dropbox
  • I could not find any plan with a monthly charge of EUR 21

Is there any possibility that this monthly charge is justified, or shall I contact my bank directly and try to get the money back?

Greetings

Stefan

Sorry, I didn't realize that Dropbox Sign is a different kind of service, and I already found the source of the payment. Thank you!
