Why was I charged by Formswift?
Anyone get scammed by formswift? Evidently they are tied to Dropbox somehow. I now have a charge of 37.00 on my debit card When I call the number then they want my bank account number or my debit card. Never even asked my name, address, or phone number. Anyone else?
Hi 2bcruzn, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.
This will help me to assist further!

Hey Notguilty, have you reached out to our support team through the steps that Jay described?
If so, please send us your ticket number, so we can take a look.
- tenderfoot1 year agoExplorer | Level 4Yeah! Stupid me not checking my monthly statements. Checked my annual statement for taxes mid-March and saw the Formswift bill for $37/mo going back to October of 2022 - fifteen months and they do nothing for me and I don’t recall signing up for anything with them, but I do have Dropbox. Filed a Fraud Claim with Discover and the company has not been contactable - don’t answer their phone and have not responded to mail queries from Discover. It’s a scam, but I have no idea how it’ll be resolved. Hopeful!!!

Sorry to hear about your experience, tenderfoot.
Have you tried reaching out to our support team the way Jay described above?
- tenderfoot1 year agoExplorer | Level 4Thanks for the reply. I tried unsuccessfully to follow the link instructions, but it didn’t work for me. Any advice?

Hi tenderfoot, could you clarify exactly what you mean by the fact that it didn't work?
- tenderfoot1 year agoExplorer | Level 4The link seemed to lead me back to itself? Must have done something wrong, but don’t know what?
- tenderfoot1 year agoExplorer | Level 4So, if you follow the provided link, WHERE do I choose “other”. Can’t find it anywhere!

Make sure you access the link while in an incognito/private browsing window, and when you're not logged into your own Dropbox account, then you'll see the options.
