Why was I charged by Formswift?

Anyone get scammed by formswift? Evidently they are tied to Dropbox somehow. I now have a charge of 37.00 on my debit card When I call the number then they want my bank account number or my debit car...

Thanks for the reply. I tried unsuccessfully to follow the link instructions, but it didn’t work for me. Any advice?
