Provide single consolidated annual billing statements - for invoice and payment receipts

This consolidated report by year is important for tax reporting and business accounting. It should be a feature regardless of a user's subscription type.
Currently it's annoying to have to create a PDF each year from all the monthly reports.

It would be nice to also be able to select a range of months/years as well.
