I am absolutely done I've gone through the whole Dropbox roundabout - Login, search for payment ID, use credit card details - that didnt work We even CANCELLED OUR CARD - and still the payments are coming out on our new card Every month, we get 2 charges for Dropbox, and no one in our office is connected or has a paying account. Via DropBox website Question or Issue My Seagate comes with a 6 month free trial for Dropbox Backup plan, upon subscribing for this free trial.. I received an email saying: But I cannot find a way to remove this free trial, I no longer need to use it as I found out that I need to upgrade my Dropbox plan first in order to use it. I have no use of it since 2GB Basic Dropbox plan is not enough for me to backup my 2TB Seagate. I now want to cancel the subscription trial and delete my account. I am pretty good with technology, so I know how to cancel it but there is no option to do it in dropbox in my account. Nor am I able to delete my credit card details from the account. Dropbox Plan Basic (downgraded from Teams) Payment Method PayPal How did you upgrade? Didn't. Question or Issue I paused my Teams subscription in October (don't want to pay $600 for 3 licenses when I only need one - way to rip off solo medical providers, Dropbox). Today, I had a charge through my PayPal account for $199. Why was this charged when I paused my subscription and currently only have Basic through my personal account?
