Can you please add the ability to set up an automatic email of our monthly invoice to our book keeper. Also, the book keeper is not a member in our Dropbox, as they don't need to be. They just need the invoice emailed to them - that's it. This is my second time requesting this feature. The first time you just closed my request without providing an answer or solution. This is terrible customer service IMO. This request has also been submitted by other DB members - I've seen the threads asking for this and the response from DB that their requests will be closed - terrible! I DON'T WANT TO DOWNLOAD MY INVOICE!!!! I want my invoices to be automatically emailed to my book keeper each month. I (like many) am extremely swamped with work and I don't have time to login and download invoices for my book keeper every month. This is an extremely inefficient workflow and it requires me to be a middle man. How long does the DB community have to wait for such a feature to be deployed? Please do not reply with instruction on how to download my invoice - I know how to do it because I am FORCED to do it every month.205Views4likes2CommentsI need to cancel a subscription for an account I can no longer access

Dropbox Plan Professional Payment Method Credit card How did you upgrade? Directly through the Dropbox website Question or Issue Hi, I purchased a Professional plan, entered my card details to receive the 30 day free trial. Shortly after purchasing I cancelled the plan, however I was expecting my trial to last until the end of the cycle (30 days) but it still says I have a basic plan. In my inbox, the only relevant emails I received from Dropbox were to: 1 Verify my email, and 2: Dropbox professional trial cancelled. I didnt receive am email upon account creation (not sure if thats usually the case) and I didnt receive a confirmation email upon Trial beginning, only after cancellation. Billing info on my account shows the Card used when starting the trial. Im also unable to start a new trial as it says my account is ineligible. Just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience or if there's any solution available. I havent been charged but Im pretty sure I should still be listed as having a professional trial, despite cancelling on the day of beginning the free trial as listed on the billing articles.
