I can attempt that but I have 9GB for free under my old email address but my new account has the standard 2GB. Anyway of resolving this?

2 years agoI'd suggest changing the email on the new account to a different email (its easier than deleting it as that may hold the email for 7 days or so). And then when you have done that and 'released' the new email you will need to change the email on the original account to the one you now want to use.

I went to Settings/General and entered the new email address and then the existing password for the DB account. It didn't recognise the password 'Invalid current password'. I use a password manager and used the password saved there to access the DB account and then settings/general etc. so it doesn't make sense that it rejects the password.
If I go to reset the password I get sent an email to my defunct old email account and cannot access that account anymore.
The odd thing is that I receive messages to my gmail account from DB saying 'a new web browser has just signed into your account'.
