How can I back up the same external drive on a new computer?

Device Mac mini Operating System/Browser (if using the web) MacOS 15.5 Dropbox Plan Essentials Question or Issue I've done backups of my external Samsung Portable SSD for many years on my old...

You need to set it up as a new backup. There's no option to continue a backup of an external drive on a new computer.
