Not getting verification emails to add secondary email to my Dropbox account.

Question or Issue
I've tried on a couple different browsers (Chrome, Safari) and I do not get verification emails to add a secondary email to my account. I've checked Microsoft's Quarantine area in my 365 account, I've checked the Spam folders and logged into and re-sync'd the account numerous times but nothing is coming through. (And interestingly I've seen a couple other people just post the same thing so perhaps there's an issue on your end that you're working on?)

As a first step, have you verified your current email address before changing the email?
Could there be another Dropbox account already associated with your secondary email address?
Lastly, could you try adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your inbox in order to see if you can receive the verification email then?

I have verified my current email address.
There is not another Dropbox account with my secondary email.
I get emails from mailto:no-reply@dropbox.com in my inbox as others have sent me links to folders. (But I can't access them because they're sending the email to my new company email (the one I'm trying to add to Dropbox) and in order to access them I need to associate this email with my Dropbox account. The original intention was to change my main email to my new company email (which I will eventually do once your verification emails start working again) but I didn't want to lock myself out of my account and have no access.
