Getting an error when trying to link a second account on my computer
I have 2 different accounts. On my Pc I'm signed in one of them and im trying to link the second as well. I went to preferences and tryed to link another account but it is giving me an error each time. I'm sure the other account is just on 2 other divices so i don't know what is the problem. I can't change my Dropbox email address to a new one, because it's taken, even though it's not.
I want to change my account to a new email, and it says "This email address is already taken". Then I logged out my account, tried to sign in using the new email, and it asks me sign up an account. It seems the new email is not taken, can you help me to investigate the problem? Shall I put my email here? Thanks
I can't change my Dropbox Sign settings, as the webpage keeps refreshing.
I am having so much trouble finding a way to change the send settings for my Dropbox Sign. Whenever I head to templates and go to the upper right icon and click on settings, the page just reloads and goes right back to the templates home page. Hi Team, I am trying to setup Email to Dropbox feature in Dropbox basic. Settings>>General>>Features>>Email to Dropbox But where this option available in Dropbox business account. I have admin login and but unable to see Email to Dropbox this option in admin center.. Pls help
Unable to find Screenshot settings anymore.
Did latest Dropbox update v219.4.4463 changed something in screenshot settings? Usually after taking screenshot I had this screenshot floating window in corner of screen, which created a dropbox link after this window closed. But a day or two ago this window changed to more advanced one (with 3 additional buttons) and option to copy image or link - since I din't like behavior I changed settings so that it created dropbox link but not show window. Now I would like to change this behavior again, but unable to find Screenshots settings in preferences. ChatGPT says that changing screenshot settings, including saving location (Private or Work account) should be under Settings > Backups > Screenshots, but it is not there and I'm unable to find one. Another suggestion is to do it in Dropbox Desktop app, but I don't have it installed, so the Desktop app couldn't be the place where I changed screenshot settings in first place..
