I have 2 different accounts. On my Pc I'm signed in one of them and im trying to link the second as well. I went to preferences and tryed to link another account but it is giving me an error each time. I'm sure the other account is just on 2 other divices so i don't know what is the problem. So I started working for a new company. They asked me to create a new dropbox account. I was supposed to make a personal account and then join the company dropbox. But I made a business account and then joined the company dropbox. and now, my trial is ending at the end of this month. Dropbox is keep asking for my billing info. And when I try to add it, it says it's going to charge me after my trial ends. I do not want to get charged with anything. So I submitted a ticket to request a change my account from business to personal, hoping it will fix my problem. but still waiting for a reply. Anyone know how I can keep my access to company files/folders after trial ends, without adding my billing info? I want to change my account to a new email, and it says "This email address is already taken". Then I logged out my account, tried to sign in using the new email, and it asks me sign up an account. It seems the new email is not taken, can you help me to investigate the problem? Shall I put my email here? Can you please give an option for retrying the payment if it doesn't go through for whatever reason instead of forcing us to "update your billing info". It's going to be same for couple of years with the cards, it's quite frustrating having to update the info with the same info whenever this happens. I was signed into DropBox after an AI course. They post the Certificate in DropBox. I want to cancel this trial and this DropBox Account. I followed the steps in here , but I cannot find the "Cancel" button in my "Manage Acct". Can anyone please assist me to contact DropBox to cancel my Trial and Account ?
