Turn Auto Play off for audio Files
Please add a way to stop audio files from playing instantly, as soon as you open them. On the Dropbox app, using an iPhone, the minute you open the file it starts playing. If you have previously played that audio file and paused it half way through, you can't stop it from playing in time to take it back to the start. We use Dropbox for our choir and keep our backing tracks and sheet music together. During a performance we need to make sure all the files have been returned to the start and we can't have them ready to go to press play.
App on phone has files, but app on laptop has only recent files
Application Affected (Dropbox app phone and laptop.) Device (iphone 16e, ASUS Sonic master and ACER TravelMate.) Operating System/Browser (if using the web) (Windows 11, ) Dropbox App Version (if using the app) (454.2.2 - I have Dropbox Plus on my phone and it was synced to my ASUS laptop but it shows as basic now on that device. I have Plus on my phone and always have. I downloaded Dropbox to my ACER ( work issue laptop) and logged in and it is BASIC and has only files from when it opened. The email on my phone is an old one but on the browser it shows the new one. I need the devices to sync to the one account. Any help would be appreciated.
Issue with connecting an additional machine to my account
Somethings not right. I have a free plan which allows me to sync on 3 computers however when I attempt to add a second machine I get a message I have to sign out of one of them. See attched. At this juncture I am only connected to 1 computer and want to add a second. Why would I at this point have to sign out of one of them. I don't understand. In effect it's telling me I can only be signed into 2 machines, NOT 3. I never used to have this issue before, what changed. Bruce
I changed my e-mail address and now the Dropbox desktop app doesn't sync anymore

Hello. Im looking for help. I cant access to my dropbox accout. I delated my gmail account long time ago. [email removed as per Community Guidelines] But my icloud account is register as the same email [email removed as per Community Guidelines], and I have access to my icloud account. Is there any chances to enter my dropbox account if I dont remember the password but my apple account is the same mail that my old delated mail???? When I try to enter by my apple ID they said that the mail is already register. Is preatty obvious that Im the owner of the account.
